If you do not have access to your login information, you will need to have
Cyber Broadband reset your username and password. You can do
this by using contact us from the website, emailing
voicemailgroup@cyberbroadband.net or calling our office at (256)
734-1077.
Under our billing platform -
any balance
over a grace period will put your account in delinquent status and
suspend your account. The only way to automatically and
immediately reactivate your account
is to make a payment - IN FULL - which you will still be able to do online
even if your account is suspended.
This is an entirely automated process.
You can make a partial payment and, as long as the balance falls
below the past due amount, the system will restore your access
at 10:30 the next morning. You can call our office and have us
manually evaluate your account too.
